SydWest Multicultural Services has announced the appointment of Brent Pitts to its Board of Directors.
Brent, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive General Manager Corporate Services at the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia, brings a wealth of expertise in financial management and organisational leadership.
With over 25 years of experience across various sectors, Brent has held key roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Acting Chief Executive Officer. A chartered accountant, he is renowned for his ability to lead change and build sustainable delivery models while ensuring strong financial performance.
SydWest CEO Elfa Moraitakis expressed her enthusiasm for Brent’s appointment, highlighting his impressive financial acumen and business experience. Chair of the SydWest Board, Angela Tsoukatos, noted that Brent’s skills would be valuable as the community sector navigates significant changes, including reforms in the NDIS and aged care industries.
