Appeal for information over assault – Kings Langley

Police are appealing for public assistance following an assault in Sydney’s west.

About 4.50pm today (Thursday 22 March 2018), police have been told a man broke into a home in Wilkinson Avenue, Kings Langley.

The homeowner, a 44-year-old woman, confronted the man before he assaulted her and fled the scene.

She was taken to Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.

Officers from Quakers Hill Police Area Command attended and established a crime scene.

Investigators wish to speak with a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.

He has been described as being of African appearance and wearing a grey hooded jumper.

Anyone with information is urged to come forward.
