Appeal to locate man missing from Eastern Suburbs area

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man missing from the Eastern Suburbs area.

Oliver Mcafee, aged 67, was last seen on Birrell Street, Waverley, about 9am yesterday (Friday 9 February 2018).

Officers from the Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command conducted an extensive search of the area; however, failed to locate him.

Police hold serious concerns for his welfare as his disappearance is out of character.

Oliver is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build with grey/white hair.

He was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt, khaki shorts, a light green/khaki hat and blue sneakers.

Oliver may appear confused as he suffers from a medical condition.

Anyone with information, or that sights him, is urged to contact Crime Stoppers immediately.
