Police appeal for information after car crash – Dee Why

Police are investigating after a car hit a parked vehicle in Dee Why.

About 10am today (Sunday 4 February 2018), police were called to Fisher Road after reports a blue Toyota Rav4, travelling north, hit a parked white Jeep Cherokee.

The impact caused the Toyota Rav4 to roll onto its side.

Four passengers were able to exit the vehicle with no major injuries, but the driver fled the scene before police arrived.

A woman, who was a passenger in the Rav4, was taken to Manly Hospital with bleeding to her arm.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward as inquiries into the incident continue.
