Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a woman last seen in Bankstown.
Bela Mfutila, aged 35, was last seen in Bankstown on Thursday 16 November 2017 by her support person.
She failed to meet with her support person for a meeting and has not been seen since, nor has she accessed her bank account or mobile phone.
There are serious concerns for her welfare due to health conditions which require medication.
Ms Mfutila is described as being of African appearance, about 165cm tall, with a slim build, and short black hair.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact police immediately.
