Units evacuated after fire

Residents from a block of twelve units have been evacuated after fire broke out at Harris Park.

Emergency services were called to the block on Good Street, Harris Park, about 9pm (Sunday 7 January 2018), and found a unit well-alight.

Residents left their homes as a precaution while officers from Fire & Rescue NSW worked to control the blaze.

At this time there have been no reports of injury and the cause of the blaze is still being determined.
