Child riding bicycle hit by car at Daceyville

A boy has been hit by a car while riding his bicycle at Daceyville, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Emergency services were called to Banks Avenue near the intersection of Wills Crescent about 4pm (Saturday 25 November 2017).

The boy was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The nature of the boy’s injuries is unknown at this time.

The driver of the sedan stopped after the crash. The male driver is expected to undergo mandatory testing at hospital.

Local diversions are in place around the crash site.
