The aesthetics industry is abuzz. In November 2017 the elite of Australia and New Zealand’s beauty world will gather for the ‘Oscars’ of the aesthetic industry, the prestigious MyFaceMyBody Awards 2017 Australasia. Also known as the Global Aesthetic Awards, this gala evening will be held on Saturday 25th November 2017 at the Hilton Hotel, George St, Sydney. Attending this glamorous event will be 350 of the industry’s professionals, including top plastic surgeons, brands, journalists, celebrities and beauty bloggers.

Celebrities confirm to attend 2017’s event so far include, Victoria Rees from The Real Housewives of Sydney and Wrinkles Schminkles, also from The Real Housewives of Sydney, Matty Samaei, Australian Model and TV presenter, Ortenzia Borre, star of TV show Neighbours and several blockbuster movies, actress, writer and filmmaker Sheena Reyes, Breanna Blick, Miss Teen International 2017, Mrs. Australia 2017 Leila Sweeney and TV presenter Tamara Wrigley.
The MyFaceMyBody gala evening is a star-studded, red carpet event. The only industry awards dedicated to the aesthetic industry. The finalists are judged by a panel of experts from around the globe. This international event is held in Sydney, Los Angeles, London, and China, honouring the achievements of those at the pinnacle of the aesthetic beauty industry.
The awards are broken down into 15 categories, including best practice, best plastic surgeon, best male grooming practice, and media awards including best beauty journalist and beauty blogger of the year. The evening will be hosted by awards founder and host of ‘Modern Face of Beauty’ TV show, the dashing Mr. Stephen Handisides. An evening packed with awards presentations, an array of exciting entertainment, Lark Hill wines, delicious cuisine and the chance to network with the who’s who of the aesthetics industry.
