Shooting – Rooty Hill

Police are investigating after shots were fired at a house in Sydney’s west.

About 9.45pm (Thursday 15 June 2017), a resident of a home at Albert Street, Rooty Hill, heard a number of shots fired, with a number of windows at the front of the home also shattered by an unknown object.

Three people in the home at the time were uninjured.

Police from Mt Druitt Local Area Command were told about the incident the following day and established a crime scene.

A number of projectiles were seized.

Detectives are now appealing for information from any person who has information about the incident.
