Attempted armed robbery

A crime scene has been established after an attempted armed robbery outside a shopping centre in Revesby.

A man armed with a firearm, approached a man outside a shopping centre on Selems Parade, Revesby just before 10.45am today (Friday 16 June 2017).

The man was threatened before he was approached by two further masked men.

The three men fled empty handed in a vehicle.

No one was injured in the incident and no shots were fired.

Detectives from State Crime Command’s Robbery and Serious Crimes Squad have commenced inquiries into the incident.
