Police are appealing for information following a triple fatality earlier February 2017.
About 1.15pm on Wednesday 18 January 2017, emergency services were called to Cabramatta Road, near the intersection of Bauer Road, following reports of a crash.
Initial investigations suggest that the Citreon Xsara crashed into a Honda Jazz.
A 75-year-old passenger of the Honda died at the scene, while a 79-year-old man died several days later in Hospital.
Yesterday, a 54-year-old woman who was the driver of the Honda died in hospital.
A 22-year-old man remains before the courts after being charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning death, dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, and negligent driving occasioning death.
He is due to reappear at Liverpool Local Court Monday 30 January 2017.
Officers from Crash Investigation Unit attended and launched an investigation into the matter.
As a part of their investigation, officers want to speak with the driver of a white 1998 -2000 Lexus 4WD which was travelling on Cabramatta Road, Cabramatta around 1pm on Wednesday 18 January 2017.
